Responsibility:
To ensure the Company Remuneration Policy is align with the Company Business Strategy. To Support the Organization in The Human Resources Management function, including: Compensation & Benefit, New Employee offering process, Organization Development, and may also include administration. Plan, direct supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to compensation and benefits issues. To supervise Payroll team in HR Payroll database management and suggest ideas in improving the utilization of database to its maximum.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) Management / MIPA/Industrial Engineering or other Social Sciences
• Min. 5 Years Experience in same field
• Familiar with Mercer, and other HR Tools Methodology and practices
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Will be placed in Ventura
