Project Manager_Power Business Unit - Cikarang

Responsibilities :

• Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up company’s business strategy in order to ensure company’s long-term viability, profitability and market share.
• Develop and improve manufacturing line architect to increase manufacturing efficiency
• Responsible to daily activities, such as to have one day service COC, to have good QS, to minimize lead time of delivery, to minimize cost of project,  to manage standard margin target
• Responsible to standardized procedure, such as to receive standard order, to give confirmation to sales / customer, to fill in decision tree for components need & enter to system, to conduct witness test with customer, to follow up delivery, to issue approval drawing for project if necessary, to issue As Build Drawing for project, to prepare target in OBF & enter to system, to follow up supporting document for invoice
• Aware and identify SHE related matters and implement it in daily job.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in electrical enginering.
• Min. 3 years in electrical design and project management
• Good knowledge in electrical, product & mechanical knowledge, project  management, quality System, Auto Cad
• Good command in English
