Recruitment Specialist - Pulogadung

 
 

 

Responsibilities:
• Understand the Hiring Manager’s requirements in finding best talents in market
• To support all recruitments jobs starting from posting vacancy, sourcing, screening candidates, interview, and arrange interview schedule.
• Take part in all HR-administration issues
• Able to engage with hiring managers and follow up recruitment process

 

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from any background
• Min. 3 years experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Fast learning, good analytical skill & posses strong drive.
• Able to work under pressure, good teamwork, and good communication skill
• Able to communicate in English and Computer literate
• Experience in managing outsourcing vendors is an advantage
• Willing to be placed Pulogadung.
