Solution Manager - Surabaya

 
 

 

Responsibilities:
• Will manage 3-6 sales staffs
• Solution target 25%-30% of yearly target
• Fill in opportunities in Bridge Front Office (BFO)
• Coverage area of East Java up to NTT/NTB/East Timor, exclude Bali
• Solution means combining of product/equipment within Power Business Unit and or combining between Power BU with other BU’s (industry or building or energy or IT)

 

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering/technique physic/electronic from reputable university
• Min. 5 year experiences as MV/LV equipment Sales Manager/turnkey project manager
• Has experience as a team leader in previous company, leading 5-10 people.
• Has ability to convince customers, good in presentation skill
• Has good understanding product from other business units in order to propose customers as a package solution
• Has good understanding in financial view (profitability)
• Has good understanding in commercial and good in negotiation
• Able to communicate in English and good in team player (able to collaborate well between department/business units)
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya
