Responsibilities:
To act at the front line in the company in providing general technical information, technical specification, application of Schneider’s Low Voltage-Medium Voltage products and to escalate to level 2 Technical service center (if needed) with quick response/answer to customer. Additional information about products availability, price inquiries and customer order status based on SAP data if requested by customer, also to manage the Customer Complaint and follow up according to the target time up to closed. Most the activity is to support the sales with the objective to increase the customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• S1 in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation
• Min. 2 years experience
• Knowledge in Technical Product Knowledge, Expert in using company’s tools (SAP system), Computer Literature & Correspondence, and Understand Electrical System
• Understand Quality Directive and Distributor’s contact
