                                  What does your job entail?

                                  My current role  is handling Marketing Division for PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia.  Managing 22 people in Marketing team, covering LV ED products and Building & Residential segment, Automation, BMS products & Industry segment, LV, MV Equipment, Service & Energy & Infrastructure market segment, Customer and Technical Training, New Products / Business development, Pricing & Data management, Marketing Communication, and Standardization.
                                  My scope of responsibility is to provide direction and set up business plan in Indonesia to reach company target and leverage PT. Schneider Electric Indonesia to become major player in electrical industry. The dynamics of the business require company to employ qualified people to handle the jobs. Developing younger generation is becoming my objective for sustainable business development of Schneider Electric in the market.

                                  What drives you to meet your goal?

                                  Challenge and Improvement. Challenge in Innovations & creativities to come up with significant ideas to develop the business.
                                  Inner driver for self improvement and willingness to accept challenges is the one inspiring me to reach my goal. External motivation is that company gives a lot of opportunities for development. Schneider Electric is the right company to work where I could exercise my entrepreneurship also provides challenge
                                  to develop my capabilities.

                                  What is your biggest challenge in your job now?

                                  Motivating and convincing people are the biggest challenge I have ever had. These are the key success factors  to reach the goal.

                                  I value the vision and  mission of Schneider Electric which  concentrates on development of its people to have continuous improvement, providing challenges and  unleash entrepreneurship.
