What is your key mission?
My current position is as SAE (System Architecture Expert) Coordinator mainly assisting sales team and system integrators. I am responsible to promote Schneider Electric’s automation system platform offer within the project context, also assist in tendering, and coordinate with ACC team.
Why did you join Schneider Electric?
When I was still a student in Gadjah Mada University, there is one laboratory which is created by University Together with the goodwill of Schneider Electric. The equipment of Schneider Electric helped me a lot. I could practice all theory from the lectures, and got the image about the real condition in control industry. Because of that I feel very close with Schneider Electric and have good image of the company. So I decided to join Schneider Electric Indonesia.
What has your experience brought you?
The most impressive experience is when I was assigned my contract within the International recruitment programme (2 years overseas assignment) at Schneider Electric Spain Barcelona. I was in deployment team of the one global product Schneider Electric as CCS (Collaborative Control System) software. All things that I learnt during my assignment helps me a lot in conducting my current job. Other valuable things I received are also that I have a chance to know more about other country's culture and build good relation with other Schneider Electric entity. Now I can also speak Spanish.
How do you strive to meet your goal?
To meet my goal, I increase competency and manage all loads for each SAE team. We try very hard to meet all request deadline given by sales and system integrator, together with my limited SAE team. Every Friday my team and I have a meeting to manage loads, set up time table for each SAE team member and review the current job status. With this approach I believe I can meet the goal.
