Ternium a supplier of flat and long steel products and one of the leading steel companies in Latin America with its main operations in Mexico and Argentina

Customer objective and constraints:

• The obsolescence of Screw Down stands and the need to improve the quality  of the temperate system justify the investment to carry on the revamping of the control system.
• The old PLC Control of Screw Down did not have either any regulation of position or force.

II. SOLUTION IMPLEMENTATION

• Position, force and inclination regulators design and PLC programming\
